Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Amazing Lawnscaping LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Amazing Lawnscaping LLC provides professional landscaping and lawn care services, including but not limited to:
- Lawn maintenance and mowing
- Landscaping design and installation
- Mulching services
- Tree trimming and pruning
- Seasonal clean-ups
- Other related landscaping services
Estimates and Quotes
- All estimates provided are subject to site inspection and may be adjusted based on actual conditions
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Additional work not included in the original estimate will be billed separately
- Estimates do not include work required due to unforeseen circumstances or hidden conditions
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- A deposit may be required for large projects
- Recurring maintenance services are billed monthly or as agreed
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- Late cancellations may incur a service fee
- For contracted services, cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement
- Deposits for cancelled projects may be non-refundable
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the property
- Identify and mark any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden obstacles
- Secure pets during service visits
- Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
- Notify us of any specific concerns or requirements before service begins
- Ensure payment is made according to agreed terms
Liability and Warranty
- We carry appropriate insurance coverage for our services
- We are not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities or structures
- Plant material warranty is subject to proper care and maintenance by the client
- Weather-related damages or acts of nature are not covered under our warranty
- Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion
Weather and Scheduling
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to notify clients of schedule changes in advance.
Intellectual Property
All landscape designs, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of Amazing Lawnscaping LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
